Tinsel is applied to the microbead method. Thread the bead and tinsel: Slide a microbead onto the metal hook tool, then pull both the hair strand and a folded bundle of tinsel through the bead's loop. Then it's cut to size.
Cancellation Policy
There is a $150 deposit which is non-refundable within 14 days of the event booking.
