Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: I require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Missed Appointments: if a client fails to cancel their appointment and no shows. They're required to pay a hundred percent of the total of the new appointment prior to the booking. Late Arrivals: I respect your time and ask that you respect mine. If a guest is 15 minutes late I may need to reschedule your appointment to another date. If I don't hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a "no show" will be treated as a missed appointment. Booking Appointments: a deposit of $25 is required upon booking all services, this will be deducted from your appointments total payments that are accepted are PayPal and Cash App. Thank you I understand that emergencies happen in life comes up.
